Here was the inspiration: Upon retirement, sell everything and buy an RV. Start a blog and begin chronicling our adventures. The goal? To visit as many BBQ places in the US as possible, and write about our experiences and recommendations. Whether they are world-famous BBQ restaurants or small hole-in-the-wall joints, our goal is to enable visitors to find the best BBQ in the country.
